1. Inner radius = 21 m. Outer radius = 21 + 7 = 28 m.
2. Area of the path = pi x (28^2 - 21^2) = (22/7) x (784 - 441).
3. = (22/7) x 343 = 22 x 49 = 1,078.
4. The area of the path is 1,078 m^2.
